I’m Melissa Battle, a Florida Registered Paralegal, Notary Public, and Legal Industry Expert with over 19 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have helped build and manage a thriving law firm in Tampa, Florida, specializing in Family Law and Personal Injury, giving me firsthand knowledge of the legal processes notaries encounter daily.

As a Disabled U.S. Army Veteran, wife, and mother, I bring the same level of dedication, expertise, and passion to every aspect of my work. Whether it’s guiding notaries on mastering legal terminology (Legalese) to enhance their professionalism or training them to work efficiently with law firms in attorney states, my mission is to help notaries navigate the complexities of legal documentation with confidence.

In addition to my legal expertise, I am an award-winning Wedding Officiant and was recognized by Wedding Wire and The Knot as a 2024 Best of Weddings Officiant. Through my business, Notarizing Tampa Bay, LLC (DBA Notarizing Tampa), I offer mobile notary services and officiant services, ensuring a seamless experience for clients across Florida.
